Chocolate Ribbon Pie

4oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Milk
1 Tub (8oz)
1 Chocolate crumb crust
2 cups milk
2 pkg. (4serving) chocolate Instant pudding

Beat cream cheese, sugar & 1 Tbsp. Milk until smooth. Stir in 1/2 of cool whip. Spread on bottom of crust. Mix 2 Cups milk with pudding mixes for 2 minutes (will be thick). Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours until set. Top with cool Whip. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
